Here’s your look at some of the things happening at Our Savior’s. See the current bulletin announcements at oslchurch.com for all the latest!

Be sure to bring your Angel Tree gifts to OSL by this Sunday, Dec. 10! Thank you for making someone’s Christmas joyous!
The Good Gifts Market will conclude this Sunday, Dec. 10, on the west side of The Gathering Place. Make a difference fighting hunger and poverty in God’s world! Choose from more than 50 charitable gifts to give in honor of loved ones, from goats to water wells, school uniforms to food for refugees. You will receive a greeting card to give those on your Christmas list noting this meaningful gift.
Midnight Madness, when OSL invites Augustana University students to come over for an evening of study, relaxation, recreation—and pizza!—as they prepare for finals, will be this Sunday, Dec. 10, from 6:00 p.m. to midnight. If you wish to make a donation to help with expenses, contact Loretta Nelson, lnelson@oslchurch.com or 336-2942, ext. 14. Thank you for your support of OSL’s Augie neighbors.
Magnify!, OSL’s 2017 Advent Devotional, is the result of members of the Our Savior’s community sharing reflections of what God has done in their lives. May these brief devotional pieces help you to focus on your own Advent journey and the many ways in which God walks it with you. You may pick up at copy at the Information Center, or download a copy at oslchurch.com, or sign up at oslchurch.com to receive devotions daily via email.
Christmas on Salvation Street will be the Second Saturday Movie this Saturday, Dec. 9, at 2:30 p.m., in the Holy Word Theatre. Make a day of it with the movie, followed by worship at 5:00 and dinner afterward!
Dancers are invited to participate in the Candle Dance for Christmas Eve worship services at 4:00, 6:00, and 10:00 p.m. Dancers (grade 5 through adult) should be able to carry a votive with a flame. Rehearsal will be on Saturday, Dec. 23, from 10:00 a.m. to noon. Interested dancers should contact Pamela Madsen, pamela@sio.midco.netor 371-8882.
The Tree of Remembrance is now in The Gathering Place. Ornaments on this tree are given in memory of loved ones. You are invited to place an ornament on this tree in memory of someone who has died this past year, if you wish. Every year the ornaments will be placed back on the tree during the Advent Season.
Christmas fudge for the St. Dysmas prison congregation is an OSL tradition you can participate in. Pick up a pre-packaged kit by the Information Center and make a pan of fudge, which will be included in Christmas bags for inmates at the South Dakota State Penitentiary. Fudge may be taken to East Side Lutheran Church from Dec. 11 through 15. Questions? Call Donna Wilson, 371-1518.
