Here’s your look at some of the things happening at Our Savior’s. See the current bulletin announcements at oslchurch.com for all the latest!

The Lenten Journey at Our Savior’s: Midweek Lenten Worship begins on Wednesday, Feb. 21, at 12:00 and 6:40 p.m., in the Sanctuary.
The OSL Library will host a Resurrection Egg Hunt in the Library each Sunday and Wednesday through April 1, to keep God’s grace at the heart of the Lenten season. Children and youth who check out items and find one of the Resurrection Eggs hidden among the Library shelves will receive a prize after they explain the way the item inside relates to the Easter story.
Connecting Faith and Life, an adult discussion and study group facilitated by Pr. Randy, will begin studying the book Loving Jesus by Mark Allan Powell on Wednesday, Feb. 21, at 6:00 p.m., in the Conference Room. This will be an exploration of how simple religious practices can move us toward a closer walk with Jesus. A $15 donation will help cover the cost of the book, which is available in the Church Office or at the Information Center. All are welcome.
The OSL Library’s Winter One Church One Read title is Wonder by R. J. Palacio. The Library has 12 copies. The discussion will take place on March 18 in the Conference Room.
It’s time to start the bidding on items for the Silent Auction! You’ll find themed baskets for everything from date night to Augie games as well as home décor items and a TV! All items are new or handmade! You don’t want to miss the experiences each of our pastors have for you to bid on as well! Come to find a good deal and to make a generous donation to fund life-changing summer trips for OSL youth to Minneapolis and Houston. The auction is open through March 4.
It’s Camp Sunday! Come to the Camp Fun Cross+Gen Event from 10:00 to 10:50 a.m., in Fellowship Hall. Camp staff will lead in intergenerational activities, conversation, and fun. And if you sign up for summer camp by Feb. 25, OSL will gift $75 for solo campers and $200 for family camp. The Camp Fun event will be in lieu of Sunday School and MSYG that morning. Children in fifth grade and younger must be accompanied by a parent or caring adult.
Looking for engaging conversation on matters of faith and life in a fun, informal setting? Join Pr. Randy for Theology Tapped on Thursday, Feb. 22, from 8:00 to 9:30 p.m., at Monk’s House of Ale Repute, 420 E. 8th St.

The OSL Chili Cook-Off and Cupcake Walk will be on Sunday, March 4, following 11:00 worship services! Whip up your best recipe and enter it for judging, or just bring in a pot of your finest to share for lunch (chicken noodle soup will be available, too). Tasting for judging will be from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m. Cupcake donations will be appreciated! Sign up at the Information Center, or contact Loretta Nelson, lnelson@oslchurch.com or 336-2942, ext. 14. The Cook-Off and Cupcake Walk is a fundraiser for Mission: Possible.
Start the Conversation, a two-part discussion of various topics related to family processes and aging will begin on Sunday, March 11, with “Start the Conversation: Anticipating Future Family Transitions.” Staff from Good Samaritan will bring a panel to Fellowship Hall, from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m., to lead the discussion.
