Here’s your look at some of the things happening at Our Savior’s. See the current bulletin announcements at oslchurch.com for all the latest!

This is your invitation to reflect on what God has done in your life and share it with the congregation by writing a brief item for Magnify!, OSL’S 2017 Advent Devotional. When we tell the stories of what God has done for us, we magnify God in our world. Perhaps you treasure a memory of a moment you knew God was close because of a miracle, a coincidence, a beautiful moment, or a feeling you couldn’t explain. The deadline is Nov. 12; send contributions (400 words or fewer) to Bill Reynolds, breynolds@oslchurch.com, preferably as a Word document attached to an email message. Authors of all ages are encouraged to contribute!
Join other OSL couples for The Art of Marriage: A Biblically Centered Study of God’s Design for Marriage, a six- to seven-week small-group series, continuing this Sunday between worship services, in the Office Conference Room. A video will be shown with discussion to follow. This series is open to newlyweds through “seasoned” married couples. Contact Laura Wong, 582-4212, with questions.

The First Grade Lord’s Prayer Milestone will be celebrated this Sunday, Nov. 5, during the 11:00 a.m. Festive worship service. Students and their parents will have Family Time with Pr. Sami beforehand, at 10:00, in the Friendship Room.
All rotation students (pre-K through grade three) will sing “Jesus Loves Me” at the 11:00 a.m. Festive worship service this Sunday, Nov. 5. Students in grades four through eight who learned the song are encouraged to join in.
During this season of thankfulness, be sure to view the Stick Together Mosaic being built in the Library to reveal one of God’s many blessings. Since this fall reading program began, over 1,500 stickers have been placed on the mosaic, one for each item patrons have checked out since Sept. 10. Can you guess what the image will be?
Surprised by Hope Bible study will conclude this on Tuesday, Nov. 7, at 6:00 p.m., in the Office Conference Room.

Leah Weins, who holds an M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy and has a private counseling practice in Sioux Falls, will facilitate.
