Thrivent Action Team Grants to OSL
Our Savior’s Advocates for Thrivent Action Team grants tracked 67 projects that made a significant $16,750 impact in the congregation and the community in 2016. Members dreamed of service, outreach, and education projects and implemented them with passion. The $250 seed money for each mission led to the 67 projects, including serving at the Banquet, purchasing quilting supplies, making fleece blankets, and honoring local law enforcement and first responders on September 11. Over 670 OSL members are Thrivent members, eligible for two Action Team Grants each year. If you are interested and need some assistance or encouragement, contact OSL Library Coordinator Deb Merxbauer, Donna Wilson, or Kathie Franz. Together we can make a great difference.
