SAIL logo
SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) is a strength, balance, and fitness class specifically designed for adults age 65 and older. Participants improve balance and mobility, reduce risk of falls, and improve quality of life. A new SAIL class starts at OSL on October 13 and meet on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 to 10:00, in the OSL Gym. The class is free, but registration is required.
