Bible Study. Opening Prayer: Blessed and holy Triune God, you have revealed yourself to the world as three persons—unified in substance, desire, divinity, and eternal existence. We ask now for the presence of the most mysterious and yet the most pervasive member, the Holy Spirit. Come, Holy Spirit, come and guide our study. Open our hearts and minds to deeper wisdom and greater faith. We ask this in Jesus’ holy name. Amen.
The Holy Spirit breathes chaos into order, bringing the whole of creation into line with God’s plan.
Closing Prayer: Holy Breath, Holy Hope, Holy Spirit, breathe on us and bring holy order to our hearts, our minds and our world. Amen. (Source: gathermagazine.org).

Annual Pie & Lefse Sale Fundraiser, Sunday, November 19, to support WELCA’s 2017 Unit Wide Mission, “OSL WELCA Has It in the Bag.” Sale time will be before and after worship services, until pies and lefse are gone.
“Sing for Joy!” Christmas Luncheon, Saturday, December 2, 11:00 a.m., in The Gathering Place. This multigenerational event (preschoolers on up) will feature music by Anjelic, an old-fashioned potluck, and a Christmas carol singalong. Tickets ($6) will go on sale November 12.
